The Beatitudes, found in Matthew 5:1–12, form the opening of Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount and reveal the heart attitudes of those who belong to the Kingdom of God. Before Jesus speaks about how His followers should live, He first addresses who they must become on the inside. These teachings confront the values of the world and replace them with the values of heaven.
This series of eight Bible study recordings walks verse by verse through each Beatitude, showing how God desires to shape our hearts so that His life and power can be expressed through us. Each lesson explores a distinct heart attitude—poverty of spirit, mourning over sin, meekness, hunger and thirst for righteousness, mercy, purity of heart, peacemaking, and perseverance through persecution—and the blessing Jesus promises to those who embrace them.
These studies are practical, Scripture-based, and designed to deepen both personal devotion and daily Christian living. They emphasize that the Beatitudes are not ideals we achieve through self-effort, but qualities formed in us as we depend on Christ and walk in step with the Holy Spirit.
Whether you are listening for personal growth, group study, or teaching purposes, these recordings invite you to allow God to transform your heart, align your values with His Kingdom, and live out a faith that truly impacts the world around you.
